What you’ll need


1/2 cup blueberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp dates

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 cup Almond milk

 

How to make 

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, and serve it chilled ! If you are someone who loves a hint of sweetness add a little stevia or agave syrup for an extra twist. Add a finishing touch with a sprinkle of chia, sunflower, or pumpkin seeds.
