Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are offered for:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via shoponline@palmtreeshopping.com or WhatsApp (+91 958 700 7777) with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Incorrect Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video showing the incorrect item.

Why Unboxing Videos?

Unboxing videos are crucial for verifying claims and ensuring issues occurred during shipping. This protects both parties.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Due to perishability, refunds for personal taste/preference are generally not offered. Contact us with concerns, and we'll review on a case-by-case basis. 

  • No refund will be issued if the product damage is determined to be caused by the client.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours with required information.

  2. We'll review your request.

  3. Upon approval, we'll process your refund within 4 business days to your original payment method

Please note :

  • If your refund involves a return of the items, we will only process the refund after the product reaches us.  Return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and the bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 5 - 7 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
