How to consume
● Soak 3 almonds overnight and peel in the morning.
● Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds overnight in 1 cup water or milk.
● Keep 2–3 dates ready.
Stir the soaked chia mixture well, then chop or crush the peeled almonds and slice the dates. Mix everything together in the same bowl.
